The Sculptor and CRS 400 Series Photomask Repair Machines acquire new customers in January

HTL receives an order for Sculptor 1416 ( G8.5) State of art photomask repair system from a major Asian Mask shop.
This machine is well suited for replacement of older generation repair systems which are close to end of life.These older machines have been in production for more than ten years of continuous operation, and need replacement.
HTL is also pleased to announce that we have received the Purchase Order of HTL-VTEC Repair system CRS-400 from another Major Asian Photomask Semiconductor company.
The CRS-400 repair system is the latest model for ZAP and CVD and this helps our customers replace their older generation repair systems.
