The Compact Mask Repair System CRS 400

The CRS 400 is partnering with our fourth customer this year to solve their real-world production issues.

HTL is pleased to announce another new engagement in November 2021 for a HTL-VTEC Compact Repair System CRS-400 from a major semiconductor company. As part of this engagement, they will be using the CRS-400 for photomask production at their manufacturing facility.

The CRS-400 compact repair system is a state-of-the-art mid-range model for ZAP and CVD semiconductor mask repair and designed to help mask shops replace older generation legacy tools.
