HTL is pleased to announce the engagement for two Mask Defect Inspection systems GEMINI from a Major Asian Mask shop for their production of Large Size Photomasks.
The GEMINI Defect Inspection System is the latest model for high end Photomask for AM-OLED and also this helps our customers replace their legacy large Photomask Inspection systems.
