World recognized brands for nanoimprint industry, NIL Technology ApS (NILT) and micro resist technology GmbH (MRT) launch new test and demonstration lab in partnership with leading Japanese university, Waseda University. The collaboration is managed by HTL Co. Japan Ltd. (HTL).
