A major electronic equipment manufacturer procures a thermal ALD Arradiance System

HTL has received an order for Arradiance’s GEMStarXT-DR from one of major Electronic equipment manufacturer.

This thermal ALD system can be upgraded to a Plasma Enhanced ALD system.
